WYDOT Douglas Complex – District #2

This project included site and infrastructure design for a new 50,000 sf state of the art transportation and highway maintenance facility to be situated on a 30- acre undeveloped site east of the City of Douglas.

Site design included access roads and parking areas; vehicle and equipment storage areas; truck weigh scales and vehicle fueling facilities; domestic water supply and exterior fire protection; complete site storm drainage design; elevated area for enclosed salt/sand storage; and total grading for a terraced site to maximize use of the relatively steep property.
