Sheridan College South Campus

Preceding actual construction of the 15,000 sf state-of-the art facility, our civil engineers were responsible for complete development of the 60-acre site referred to as the "South Campus." Services to the college included the entire overlot grading, streets and access roads, site lighting system, storm drainage facilities, sanitary sewer systems, a water distribution network, and extension of primary power and gas service to the entire area. Also included was grading and placement of the arena soil for the outdoor practice arena for the college rodeo club, a large parking lot, and access walkways from the existing campus. For campus-wide communication needs, the project includes an underground conduit system for fiber optic communications cabling, telephone and TV service to all facilities in the south campus area.
