WCSD#1 Newcastle Middle School Addition and Remodel

The existing Newcastle Middle School lacked its own entrance and sense of identity separate from the shared high school campus. The site design of this project helped to solve this issue by providing a separate access drive and parking lot from the adjacent bus loop. Other site improvements included a detention swale and improved roof and drainage piping.
