Cloud Peak Ranch Development

Cloud Peak Ranch is one of Sheridan’s newest and premiere subdivisions and Vista West Engineering has been involved from the beginning. Since 2003 a total of 812 acres have been annexed into the City and will be developed over many years to come. Developments to date have included a mixture of commercial, multi-family, and single-family residential lots.
