Cloud Peak Ranch - Eighth Filing, Phases 1& 2

The Cloud Peak Ranch – Eighth Filing is a 49-lot residential development located on the west side of Sheridan, adjacent to Highland Park Elementary School and the Sheridan Country Club Golf Course. This is just one of many developments within the overall Cloud Peak Ranch area that encompasses over 812-acres of land annexed into the City of Sheridan as of 2010. Other developments in the area have accommodated commercial, multi-family, and planned unit developments (PUD) in addition to other residential subdivisions.
