Brooks Street – Phase II

Located in the historic downtown district one block west of Main Street, Brooks Street serves a variety of downtown businesses and three banks and is one of the primary north/south passageways through town. Water, storm and sanitary sewer lines were replaced. New concrete streets and sidewalk were placed. Historical lighting was installed down the street along with planters, benches and trash receptacles
