WYDOT Rock Springs Complex – District #3

This site and infrastructure design project was for a WYDOT transportation facility in Rock Springs, Wyoming.  Services included a site comparison study of four potential building sites and grading/ utility design that minimized construction problems caused by hard bedrock throughout the site.
