Loucks Street Whitetopping

At the time of this project it was the first City funded project of its kind in Wyoming and the 6th largest project of its kind in the United States.  Prior to the three and a half to four inch concrete overlay all sidewalks, curbs, gutters and existing concrete drains were rehabilitated.   The project won 4 awards for excellence, including a 2nd place national award from the American Concrete Pavement Association.
