Our civil engineers have conducted Pavement Condition Index (PCI) surveys on all 35 airports in the State of Wyoming covering the past 14 years. Data collection, data base storage and PCI modeling is based upon the MicroPAVER software developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
