Sumner Street Reconstruction

Located within two blocks of downtown, this neighborhood was in dire need of total reconstruction to fix aging water and sewer lines, unsafe sidewalks, and deteriorating streets and storm sewer systems.  Although total reconstruction of a residential area is never easy, this project was completed on time, under budget, and all with great support from the residents.
