General Aviation Apron Reconstruction – Schedule II

The Schedule II portion of the General Aviation Apron Reconstruction took place during the summer of 2009. The purpose of this project was to reconstruct the remainder of the General Aviation Apron south of the old County Hangar by removing the old asphalt pavement and concrete valley gutter and replacing everything with 7” of new concrete pavement. Shoulder grading and installation of new storm drain pipe was completed along the western edge of the project. This project was the continuation of the Schedule I portion, which took place in 2007.
