Powder Horn Roads 2010

The Powder Horn Homeowners Association needed to perform maintenance work on the subdivision roadways. They wanted to spend their limited money wisely and yet get the most amount of work done. Vista West Engineering was asked to help them solve their problem. By looking at various methods of construction/maintenance and prioritizing the different streets for them, we were able to get a lot of work done within a very tight budget.
